The wood-plastic profile crusher is a device specially used to crush wood-plastic composite material profiles. It is mainly used to crush wood-plastic pipes, boards, profiles, scraps, etc. in order to achieve resource recycling or secondary processing.
Model | Feed Size | Rotor Effective Width | Motor Power | Rotor Blade | Output |
DPYS-X300 | 200x300 | 300 | 15 | 5 | 300 |
DYPS-M400 | 240x400 | 400 | 22 | 24 | 350 |
Its operating principle is that a motor-driven rotating blade rotates at high speed, which, in conjunction with the fixed blade, generates shearing and tearing forces, crushing the wood-plastic profiles into uniform particles. The particles are then screened and delivered to the desired particle size.
Because wood-plastic materials combine the characteristics of both wood and plastic (high hardness and potential fiber impurities), these crushers typically utilize wear-resistant blades (such as high-hardness alloy blades) and optimize the crushing chamber structure to minimize tool wear and prevent fiber entanglement from impacting crushing efficiency.
The equipment features include: strong adaptability, capable of processing wood-plastic profiles of varying hardness and shape; uniform particle size, suitable for subsequent pelletizing or reprocessing; and a wear-resistant design that extends service life and reduces maintenance costs.
It is widely used in wood-plastic product manufacturers (for processing production scrap) and the recycling industry (for processing discarded wood-plastic products), promoting the recycling of wood-plastic materials and meeting environmental and energy conservation requirements.
