PVC window profile equipment is a professional set of machinery that processes PVC resin and additives into PVC window profiles of the required specifications and shapes through processes such as extrusion, cutting, and welding.
Its complete setup comprises seven key components: a control system, a conical twin-screw extruder (or parallel twin-screw extruder as an option), an extrusion die, a calibration unit, a haul-off unit, a film laminating machine, and a stacker. For critical configurations, the extruder is equipped with AC variable frequency drives and imported temperature controllers; meanwhile, the pump of the calibration unit and the reducer of the haul-off unit both adopt well-known brand products to ensure reliability.
